We were fortunate enough to be able to borrow a Stratasys Mojo off of our friends at Tasman Machinery over the last week or so, which we demonstrated in action at a number of workshops and schools. The Mojo is the entry level machine in the Stratasys range, and is the machine of choice for small professional design businesses who want a fully-reliable high-quality 3D printer at their beck and call. The key thing about this machine, which sets it apart from the consumer level plastic extrusion printers, is that it prints the support in a separate material to the build material. The support material is dissolvable, so once the parts have been put through the bath all of the supports disappear, leaving you with nice, clean, accurate prints, just like these! Dino's teeth have never looked sharper! Give us a buzz if you'd like to talk about getting your hands on a Mojo of your very own. |
